How do I access the Knowledgebase from my SWAN Systems account?

Access to the helpsheets in the SWAN Systems knowledgebase is available only to SWAN Systems customers with a SWAN Systems login.

Once you have logged into SWAN, you will see at the top of your dashboard some icons. Click on the "book" icon.

The knowledgebase will open in a new window and initially you will see this screen. If it doesn't show, click on "Log in" at the top right.

Once you are logged in, you will see that you have access to the SWAN Systems helpsheets via the SWAN Systems "shelf". Clicking on the shelf will open it.

Books in the shelf are displayed alphabetically, either in List View...

...or in Grid View.

You can browse the books or search the knowledgebase by typing in keywords in the search window.
